-We had a wonderful experience getting our sweet boy Griffin! Lynette and Charlie were so helpful when we were waiting to get Griff and have been right with us for all of our questions since we’ve had him! He is sweet and gentle with our two young girls and their perfect playmate. We highly recommend this breeder!

-We have had our sweetie puppy for almost 6 months and love her so much! My mom and I had been looking for over a year and found Brock Farm Doodles. I messaged the breeder, Lynette, and she called to tell us all about the application process, the deposit, and everything she had done for the pups; including, the Volhard aptitude test.
When we met with the breeders Charlie and Lynette, we signed the contract which ensured that our puppy Rosie had her first set of shots and worming with health records and a 1 year health guarantee. We were provided with a crate, bed, food, treats, a clicker, and a blanket with Rosie’s mothers scent to go home.
When we brought her home, she did amazing with potty training and already knew to potty outside. She was also clicker trained and it made training very easy for us since she was a very quick learner.
I could not be more pleased with this breeder. I would recommend them to anyone! They were very organized and helpful to accommodate us in the best way. I can’t wait to spend many more years with Rosie!

In March of this year, I had the privilege of getting a gorgeous, smart, sweet, and goofy labradoodle puppy named Lyla from Brock Farm Doodles!
The breeders, Charlie and Lynette Brock, made the entire experience of getting Lyla one of a kind!
Brock Farm Doodles utilizes the Puppy Culture program with the puppies starting at a very early age which helps the puppies to be well-mannered and socialized. In order to ensure that each family ends up with the perfect puppy to match their lifestyle, Brock Farm Doodles have an evaluator that temperament tests each puppy and then Lynette and Charlie communicate with each family to find out what kind of puppy they are looking for. Due to this system, I was able to find the perfect puppy to train to become a service dog for myself.
When we brought Lyla home, we realized how well behaved and trained she already was. She was sitting politely when she wanted something, she already knew that she was supposed to go potty outside, she was already comfortable with her crate, she was very easy-going, and she learned new things super quick!
I would highly recommend Brock Farm Doodles to anybody looking to add a labradoodle puppy to their family!

We are a small, family farm owned business specializing in the ethical breeding of standard size labradoodles. As a retired biologist I enjoy working with the genetics & behavioral modification of our adult dogs and the puppies to ensure we provide our families with the best possible puppy. Our puppies are started with ENS (early neurological stimulation) and puppy culture from the day they are born. A few select puppies will go on to earn their canine good citizens certification and an even fewer of these are tested, qualified, and taken through more extensive training to become therapy, emotional support, or service dogs.
Our standard poodles are AKC registered. All of our breeding dogs undergo genetic testing and are given a clean bill of health by a reputable and established veterinarian. Our breeding dogs are our beloved family members and live in our home or an approved guardian home. Our puppies undergo daily socialization and training.
Why did we choose labradoodles? Before we ever decided to become breeders we experienced first hand how loving, playful, loyal, and intelligent both Labrador retrievers and poodles were as well as labradoodles. We simply longed to have a family business that would bring as much happiness and joy to other families as our fur babies have brought into our lives. We give our puppies great care and establish lifelong bonds with our puppy families.
Our F1bb Labradoodles are all $2000.00 regardless of gender, color, & special markings. Not only will your puppy come from AKC registered, health, & genetic tested parents but from Day 1 your future fur baby will be started with ENS (early neurological stimulation ) & raised in our home with puppy culture protocols. This price also includes:
-Microchip
-1 year health guarantee
-1st set of shots and worming with health record
-Small bag with 1 pound puppy food
-Puppy bed with litter scent
-30 minute informational & training session with new owner and new puppy
-Clicker
*Puppies will be started on litter box and house training as well as how to sit, go into their crate, and gently take a treat.
**Your puppy will be reserved once your application is received, a virtual interview is conducted, and $300.00 deposit is received.
Why do I have to wait so long to know which puppy I will receive?
Here at Brock Farm Doodles we don’t just raise dogs, we raise life long companions. We love our fur babies and raise them with lots of love from day one along with positive puppy culture training. Our expectations are that they will go to homes where they will be treated as extended family members for their entire lives and loved as such. With that said, the questions on the application are designed to assist us in helping you choose the best puppy for your family. Puppies will be chosen between 6-7 weeks in order of deposit. During the first six weeks we are working with puppies every day following the puppy culture protocol. At six weeks puppies will undergo a Volhard test to better determine their temperaments and skills. It will be at this time we contact those with an approved application in the order deposits were received to choose their puppy. We use the information from the Volhard test, the written application and virtual interview, and any other notes we have made during our daily interactions with the puppies to match new puppy owners with the puppy that best meets the needs of their family.
STEP 1. PUPPY APPLICATION FORM
The first thing to do is fill out our online application by clicking the link https://forms.gle/4PQAm4ExCtxpNut99 It is important you are as thorough and honest as possible. This lets us know what your interests and needs are and how we can help you choose the best puppy for your family. We do suggest that you are open on gender as we cannot predict the number of boys vs girls.
If you have questions, you can email us at brockfarmdoodles@gmail.com or call us at 606-910-3070.
When you have finished filling out the form you will be given the option to submit the form and we receive an email letting us know we have a new application.
STEP 2. VIRTUAL INTERVIEW
Because there are SO many scams on the internet today we want you to know we are REAL people! We also want to get to know you a little better so we can make sure we are providing your the best puppy we can for your family dynamics.
Upon receipt of your application we will schedule an virtual interview Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST via zoom, FaceTime, or Google Meets. We will attempt to reach you via the email and phone number provided on your application. If you have submitted an application and have not heard from us within 24 hours, please email or call us (if you submitted after 5:00 pm on Friday, the weekend, or a holiday, we likely won't contact you until the following business day). Please note: We understand some people have different working hours than we do. If you need us to schedule your interview on a weekend or after 5:00 pm EST, PLEASE make a note of this on your application - we will do our best to work something out!
STEP 3. MAKE YOUR DEPOSIT
After the virtual interview if both parties agree one of our puppies can provide your family with what you have your family needs and desires then we are absolutely thrilled!!! We will send you an invoice for the deposit of $300.00 which can be made by Venmo, Google Pay, Cashiers Check, or cash. We do accept PayPal but please know there is a 3% charge to cover PayPal fees.
The deposit reserves a puppy for you and your place is held in the order received for the litter you select. Single deposits are for one litter only. They cannot be used to hold a puppy in multiple litters. Reservation lists often fill up quickly, and we cannot reserve a puppy for you without a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable unless we do not have a puppy that meets the needs of your family as agreed upon in your application.
STEP 4. PUPPY SELECTION
Puppy selection takes place when pups are between 6 and 7 weeks old. We will be working with the puppies utilizing positive puppy culture protocols. At 6 weeks puppies will undergo Volhard testing by a trainer who is unfamiliar with the puppies in order for puppies to receive an unbiased score. These scores in combination with records kept during the six weeks will be used in conjunction with your application to assist you in choosing your puppy.
STEP 5. FINAL PAYMENT
Final and Full payment arrangements for your puppy must be made between weeks 7 and 8. Most arrangments will allow the final payment to be paid on puppy pick up day.
THE BEST STEP... PUPPY PICK UP!!
The Day You’ve Been Waiting For! The puppies go home with you and become part of your family. Families will pick up their puppies between 8 and 9 weeks of age. I’m not going to lie, this day is a little sad for us but it also brings us great happiness to see the joy in your faces, because we know they will be loved and cared for so well by our Brock Farm Doodle families. We understand you will likely be a bit overwhelmed at times so please reach out with questions - no question is unwelcome!

If the autopsy shows a congenital defect as the reason for death, the seller will provide another puppy of equal value to the purchaser. A written statement from the licensed veterinarian must be provided with the Seller’s name. The Seller has an option to also have a licensed veterinarian of their choice to review autopsy records and/or perform a second autopsy at Seller’s expense.
